Production Time
Please be advised that all of our items are handmade and manufactured in London UK.

We require a minimum of 1-3 working days for production for UK and International orders.

Track Order
All orders will have a tracking number via Royal Mail.

Once your item(s) have been dispatched, you can then track your order anytime by clicking the link provided in your dispatch email or you can track your order via our tracking form system on our online store here 

Refund Policy
After you have submitted your payment, any cancellations must be made within 24 hours, as your order will already be in production and no refund will be available. (Jackets ONLY)

Returns/Exchanges
Clothing can be returned if the size of clothing is unsuitable, however, this will only be granted if the clothing is returned in perfect condition. e.g. clothing is not soiled, tags/labels are not removed, and item(s) are returned in its original packaging.

Any returns for clothing size exchanges must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your clothing/items for UK and outside the UK (International).

Item(s) must be returned by recorded delivery with a tracking number.

Dollschino will not be held liable for any lost items in the post, or for the cost of returned items postage.

An email with your Full Name, Address and Customer Order Number must be sent to orders@dollschino.com notifying them prior to the return of any clothing.

Klarna Returns

Klarna customers have the right to return any item(s) within 14 working days of delivery.
